Digg sports a new look, so what do you guys think of the new design. Personally I think its clean, simple and easy looking. When I say easy looking a simple interface that people can just get in and get out instead of something that too flashy for people.

You know I was reading Aaron weblog the other day and he made a post called Expressing love and Hate. I really didn’t start thinking about it until today, some lady message me that I know, and she seen something I posted in the forum saying that she was a nice lady, and I think she thougt highly of that she sent me a message saying what did you mean when you said she is a nice lady, sometimes too nice.

You know Digg is by far the most active social network on the web. Generally when people hit the front page of Digg they do it with out even knowing it, or I should say it happens when they didn’t even try, but there is secrets to hitting the front page. Its quite simple and its all in the title.

Being a blogger can take a lot of hard work and motivation. Some of the things I like most about blogging is the interaction you can create with your users, its something you have to be passionate about. The more passionate you are when writing the better chances there will be of you succeeding. The whole reason I decided to set back and write this post is because i was reading 18 Lessons I’ve Learned about Blogging, which was written by Darren Rowse.

You know the thing about controversy and link baits are great. You can use controversy to leverage your market strategy, and capture 1000’s of links. The pattern is there you just have to work at it. I’m setting here now brain storming and study different type of link baits and what it takes to obtain 100’s of links, and I have found the most effective way would be leverage your market with controversy just like the title stated.

Gaining links from social media marketing is not really that far fetched, or hard it just involves lots of practice, time, motivation, and brain storming. Most of the time when you do create a link bait you do it with out even knowing it. I mean you can write up a good article, and expect to catch links from it and put all the time in the world into that one article, but are you going to catch links from it? Seems like a big majority of the time if a blog publisher just sets down every day and puts time into his blog he will eventually start to catch links, and learns off what he is doing to catch them. (use this as your link bait tactic)

I strongly believe that if someone is passionate about there company / business / niche it will lead to success, I mean thats the hole goal right. Think about it if you don’t have strong desires for what you do more then likely you won’t achieve what you want to do. When someone believes in what they do, and know its right the chances are there going to succeed no matter what any one else has to say or thinks about what you do.

I figured I would write this post to tell how I feel, and think about social media marketing. I think social media has had a major impact on marketing in general, and many seos are using it for traffic, and to convert more sales. We our bringing enormous amount of traffic through social media marketing ourself.

There has been several other things that social media marketing has been used for and thats contextual links which is pay per post service, which we offer the same services here at Dewitt’s Media, and pay all bloggers $10 dollars per post. The great thing about contextual links is that there good for direct traffic, and search engine rankings.
Social Media Marketing can also keep your traffic coming in, and progress your business more. I recently wrote a post the other day on how to use social media marketing to build traffic, and convert more sales for your business with social media. In that post I went over a few tips, here later on I’m going to write a more in depth article about social media marketing for business, but in the post I just gave a link for has went over some important things, and has a few other links inside the article which has 100’s of tips on how to use social marketing for building brand awareness, create income, create conversions, generating subscribers, and many more.

Social Media Marketing can increase search engine rankings to by creating more inbound links, the more links you got the more higher your search engine rankings are going to be. Thats one thing search engine optimization is about is links, and thats why social media is so powerful for marketing, and plus its 100 percent natural.

One quick note, Google is going to start breaking down on paid links a bit harder, I don’t necessarily think that there going to crack down so hard on legit websites and business, but then again this depends. Honestly I think Matt Cutts (leader of google link spam team) will be going after websites that are buying huge amount of links in a short period of time, or buying off topic links from non relevant websites.

Social Media Marketing is a very powerful tool used by search engine optimizers, I would say there is nothing better then of course link building. The thing about social media marketing is that you can get 100’s of people to subscribe to your rss feed, build links naturally, convert more sales, and keep people coming back of course.
When you keep the visitors coming back because of the educational stuff you write about you can then start to advertise on your website rather its services, banner ads, or anything to that nature. Once people find out you have a very active blog people will want to advertise on it.

If you are new to social media marketing let me go through some things that will help you identify social media marketing, and what you can do to drive more traffic with social media. I will give you the steps to success, with social media marketing you can drive traffic with practically no investment what so ever which I’ll get into, maybe a small investment, but not like you’d pay for ads, and etc.

   If your new with any type of programing, html, or anything to that nature no problem you can get WordPress, and then download it then it should have installation instructions located on there website.
2. Now that you have blog installed you can log into wordpress, and start blogging about certain products that you offer. Make the blog post interesting, you can get several ideas from The secret handbook on driving blog traffic, now what this blog will due is keep your website traffic active. When your keeping the traffic active at your website it will generate more sales, more traffic of course, and brand awareness will emerge just like I was saying earlier.
