How easy is it to lose a client or website visitor
Just a minute ago I went to Arby’s. Well I was setting there at the drive thru menu and I told them I wanted a chicken sand which then they replied saying it would take approximately 5 minutes to cook some up. Then I said well thats what I come here, so I was like I guess I’ll order something else then all suddenly I got the feeling of dissatisfaction and was thinking of where else I wanted to go. Things like this will automatically lose your clients, so say for example someone comes to your site and you don’t have the information there looking for the chances are the visitors is going to lose.
The same case can happen with a client, consumer, customer, leads, or whatever you like to call it. If someone calls you and your not applicable to what they want, or have what they want then something not right. Now sometimes your not going to offer all the services in the world, but you do have to try to keep up with what your people want cause if not you’ll lose sales like crazy. So try to think like your people, now if you quite offering a certain service or quite blogging about certain niches thats fine just weed out the people, and start bringing in the people that are interested in that particular niche.
Give it some thought and always remember repeat clients, customers, or consumer are the best. Repeat visitors on your website can even be the best, but make sure your always generating new traffic into your website. With a nice client base you can do way better, loyalty clients will come cause once people build a relation up with you and you take care of them they’ll never want to go anywhere else, and I can guarantee you on that, so give it some thought!
