Internet Entreprunership, and The cycle effect!

Being an successful entrepreneurship takes a *lot* of self motivation and strong character to succeed. You know there is several ways of doing stuff, but do you want to run it where you are a 1 man operation thats going to make millions, or do you want to run it where you are taking on large projects and you have several people hired in and then making millions, other words what I’m trying to state is that you can make a lot of money on the internet by just working for your self only, or by having a lot of people hired for you and making money (different market strategies for different cycles).

Being a successful entrepreneur takes a lot of work like I stated in the last paragraph and the thing is a lot of people fail numerous times, or they keep going into the same cycles over and over until it eventually works (when it works they took another step). The cycle that you could call this would be a business learning cycle which you would considerably at this point feel stressed, but then again why get stressed. If you get stressed out about these business learning cycles then good luck, relax and remap your business figure out why its not working or why things are not turning the way you want them too. Thats what I had to come and tell my self even still today, things get changed around the cycles, but then I have to rethink them through and wonder why my cycles are not turning like I want them to, so they’ll become a profitable spin!

The cycle I’m referring to is some what similar to when you are thinking in your head or you vision that everything is going to work, but then to come and find out you hit a wall. This could be known as a positive step into a good direction once you get it figure out, so its not so bad, but you want to know why businesses triple for and start making more money eventually every year? Its because the steps get bigger and more challengingly after awhile you will get use to this behavior and learn to just let the stress go, and create larger mapped cycles.

The cycle is just a learning process thats all. Your still in the mode of determination and figuring out whats working best and it will continue to be like that through out your whole business. The thing is some business do get stuck at a certain point and do not expand there could be many reason for this. Take a list below at some of the things.

  1. Market is weak, the business does not have the profits to spend out because the business is more worried about spending there money else where. Basically where they should really be investing there money for ROI, there not.
  2. Happy with current cycle, the business owner is quite happy with his current cycle, and he feels that he is making enough profits to not move forward. So hes set, nothing wrong with this at all :). Just depends on what you want.
  3. Resources, The individual don’t have the resources. The company keeps getting large jobs, but the company just don’t have the help to complete them or a team that has enough experience in different areas to complete and master the given jobs. In other words 1 person can not master programming, search engine marketing, sales, and etc. Its very hard to achieve such thing, so the person must bring in more people with higher educated experience in other areas so that area can be more profitable, and therefore they won’t lose them zones and at the same time will be able to produce quality work.
  4. Low Market and No credible Brand, The business just does not have any brand, experience, and etc. When a business is lacking from experience or credibility such as brand then the chances are you will attract nothing but rift raft, and low paying clients, so in other words you will go out of business or will be miserable cause your not driving a BMW (using that as example) because your company does not look reputable (remember value is just a number quality clients good clients will pay if you are branded and reputable and they know they are taken care of).

The thing is when your low on resources such as help and etc. Its very hard to offer professional services and quality services. So for example your getting nothing but 15k job offers on marketing online, but your a single person this company wants blog integration, social media, link building, new graphics design, custom programming. Now are you seriously going to be able to complete this, and produce quality work? I don’t think so!

To produce quality work, you must charge more and be able to pay out more. Thats the bottom line, I don’t care what any one else says, don’t worry about what other people are charging and etc cause 1 thats is your biggest mistake, worry about the quality work that you can produce and make sure it stays profitable.

There is numerous cycles that can take into effect, do you want a cycle where you doing leg work all the time for 30 an hour and always worried about your next job, or do you want a cycle that is turning and your producing better quality work for more. Plus you are creating more market money, and of course larger companies will be happy with your work. The work is more pro efficient! Just depends, if your someone that going to just freelance good luck on that you mells well go work for someone else, but then again depends on what your trying to produce, but if you want to grow and keep people happy then charge more and hiring help, bottom line, or continue to lose work because your so confused cause you can’t take on such projects.

Basically in other words give it some thought, study your cycles and try to figure out what type of work you want to produce and the outcome. Are you wanting to produce quality work to quality clientèles, or low quality work to someone thats going to complain about how much there being charged and there getting no results. Just give it some thought on what type of work you and out comes your trying to create through out your verticals.
