One thing that may seem very unrelated but helped me a lot was that I was involved in semi-professional volleyball. The process is very similar - you build your skills for years before you master the game. Once you do, it feels very easy. I understood this principle when I started my online business that's why I can work and invest in one website for a year before it will actually return the investment and then run on autopilot.
