Ranking and Links
You know I had an old time associate I guess you could say, well he called me up awhile back and was telling me he was ranking for certain keywords with out links. I’m thinking to my self ok, but then I told him if you can rank with out links then you got it made. He just kind paused and was like yea. I think he knew he was not ranking for anything with out links maybe very non competitive keywords and he was probably only ranking for one keyword.
The thing is you can not rank with out links 90 percent of your ranking weight has to due with your inbound links reguardless of what any one says. Your site structure, on site optimization, keyword density, or whatever you want to call it has no comparison to your inbound links. The facts are if you have high quality inbound links you will rank and if your keyword is in the anchor text that will be the keyword you will rank for.
Which granted there is several ways of getting links, but quite honestly the best way of getting links to your website is to purchase them. When you buy text links you always get that desired anchor text you want, so therefore your going to rank for that key term. Content can get you links, but this technique can be very stressful due to Google don’t like to rank new web pages with out links. Now if your a great viral marketer that can catch links off every article you write about on a brand new website then you got it made I have yet met any one that has put a new site up and just starting getting links organically, well I wouldn’t say I haven’t met any one, but its very rare it can be done, but regardless it takes time and practice to get to that level. .
My recommedations to you if your new to the field put some valuable content up and purchase text links. High quality content with link buys is great. Nothing can out beat that, the content part might be time consuming, but its well worth it. Install a blog or just start writing up articles on your site and of course address it around your topic, believe it or not I even had clients tell me content creation was a waste of time and blogs were. I was thinking to my self are you just straight out right crazy. I had one client tell me that blogs were a waste of time because he said he didn’t want a bunch of people hanging out on his site all the time then he stated he wants people thats ready to buy I’m thinking blogs are what leverage your website into that with out blogs you’ll have less links and community interest, but hey I guess he was old school.
