Undetectable Links

Undetectable links are a big debate in the SEO community today, and I’m starting to wonder if I should move into full time social media marketing, and forget the whole ore deal with getting my clients to buy links. I would truly have to agree with Rand on his post Paid Links are Truly Undetectable. Let me give you some details on what could be undetectable links.

  1. 3 way linking can still be established but in different ways. There still techniques to use that Google could never catch on to. If they did they would be crazy to say such thing. Which I won’t get into details about the techniques, stick around and I’m sure you’ll catch onto it sooner or later.
  2. Content Pages, Yes content pages are truly a great source of links to gain. Get links from content, and exchange content get my drift, or better yet buy pre sell pages, and use them.
  3. Contextual Links, yes contextual links are very good to use.
  4. Editorial Links, Such as from web directories and etc.
  5. Links from friends, these links are always okay even if there a non relevant website I would not worry about it if your friend offers to give you a link on a high authority website then let them. Big G can’t do anything about it, I mean they can, but it would be pretty silly.

Links that are editorial are supposed to be ok such as web directories and etc. Check it out Yahoo is a paid link, but Google has ok it numerous times. You don’t see there web directory full of nofollows, if yahoo web directory is ok then why shouldn’t any other editorial link be ok? At the same time whats funny is that Google promotes text link services through there adwords campagins which I have stated a few times.

Sometimes I wonder if Google even knows what there trying to state, or what ethic there trying to promote. At times they have said links from reviewme will be credited because they have editorial status, and links from web directories that have high editorial status will be credited. Makes no sense what so ever. I know one all of our links on this site was given by choice and naturally given I have not bought no links for my site accept for a few web directories, all my friends and directory owner friends have given me links for free for just promoting there web directories through my blog and etc.

But for anyone that is buying text links, keep on doing it you will be fine. I’m not saying it ok to go out and buy them for the sakes of Google Page rank, or buying non relevant links from sources like casino, porn, and etc. Just make sure when you buy links they have editorial status, and are from similar resources, and you’ll be fine.
