The thing is about building a online business is a lot of people are weak, or don’t have strong passion for it. The idea of starting a business is to be up front with people and let them know. I’m not saying to be rude with people or anything to that nature, but it takes someone with skill to run a business it takes someone with a strong mind set to start a company. You must have your head on straight, and always be in control, never allow the others to control you.
When people are in control of you your losing your company and its going under, or it will never take off. Its okay to be nice to people of course, but business is business. You must always stay on the ball working night and day. Generally when you feel like your out of control and things are not being done your way the chances of things getter better is next to none unless you take control. Generally your clients, or consumers don’t know whats best. You have to remember your the experienced one in your field and you know whats best for your client which show empathy and understating to your clients, but at the same time let them know theres a way of doing something right and a way of doing something wrong.
Think about it your client is constantly ahead of you gaming you and telling you how things should be done, but then before you know it there mad because things did not end up the way they planned and you did everything they asked. This is where you are supposed to come into place and make the understand let them know you’ve learned a lot of things the hard way, and thats why your success rate is rolling for you because you’ve done did it all, and you know whats best because you do that particular thing whether its selling websites, marketing, advertising, or anything to that nature.
