Branding play a vital role in marketing, if you have brand typically you have conversions and more loyal clientèle, but I’ve notice a lot of people I talk to have no idea about branding and how it has a major impact in sales, and marketing in general. Below are some tips I’ll list on how to brand your website, internet business, or anything related to business ;).

1. Business Model Name, Come up with a name that is unique, something that will stick to the mind and the path of it. For example I’d have to say one of the best names I have ran into on the web is V7n, its short, sweet and sounds good.
2. Colors, Alwasy stick with certain colors for your business / company, and generally bright colors are better just depends on what you want to do. The reason I say bright colors are better is because people seem to be more happy with bright colors. On the other hand darker colors seem to be more depressing, I’m sure you get my drift on this one.
3. Identity, get people famaliar with your brand through logos, colors, and name.
4. Quality Service, always offer top end service, and make sure that your complaints are very low which granted every compay or business will get complaints sooner or later, if not then your not doing something right ;).
5. Available, you know I talk to other companies all the time and its so hard to reach certain people until after you talk to them 5 times, and you get some kind of direct line, well make sure that you are reachable at all times, and typically people want to speak to someone high up, they don’t want to speak to the bottom person that really don’t know whats going on all the time.

If you ask me search engines are great for leads, most certainly, but what about brand and identity thats what you want you have to make sure you have a good name, and good brand therefore you will get higher end paying clients, and more loyal clients like I mentioned before.
