Our experience with Dewitts Media has been excellent and we highly recommend them. Just after a few months of consulting work with Dewitt Media we began to rise in search engine placement and our traffic grew exponentially. Dewitts Media really does know the secrets of the SEO industry and we will continue to confide in their expertise every step of the way to number 1, which is not far, we are currently number 4 using keyword "printing" on Google.

Learning SEO

Learning SEO is quite simple, but very time consuming. When I first started out I really had no idea what I was doing, I just knew I was a good marketer and had a lot of business sense. The thing is being successful at link building, or seo in general takes a lot of practice and won’t happen over night. Once you get good though you will learn what it takes to make things happen quicker I should say, and speed up the process.

The idea is to just keep promoting and eventually you will start to catch on, and a lot of things I have realized in the pass is that all information is obtainable right on the web. From my blog, Rand Fishin, Shoemoney, and etc. The thing is if you search around eventually it will start to make sense, and then boom you’ll realize all the trades have been setting right in front of you the whole time, but generally you don’t see these trades until you have worked a lot, sad to say.

I find that kind of funny at times. In the pass and even still to day I figure things out on accident and trades that no one else even knows of, or if they are then there no discussing them. I have figured out some pretty good things I mean I have ranked some of the most competitive keywords with then a short period of time and I would have to say 95 percent of the people have not done this. The thing is a lot of this stuff I learned was right in front of me the whole time, and I was thinking of that last night its like geesh I didn’t even realize that.

Its kind of hard to explain what I’m trying to express, but I’m sure you get my drift the bottom line is just keep working and eventually things will start to move. You can make millions off the web and any one can do it. You can make a very good living working just for your self only with no over head and thats one of the powers of the internet, I mean think of it can you start a local business with no overhead and make 500k a year profit (well maybe if your a high up doctor or attorney)? Nope I don’t think so, but on the web you can do that easily through affiliate marketing, web directories, adsense, or by being a full time seo consultant / trainer.

The thing is about being a doctor or attorney your business is not portable, so I’d have to say the web is by far the best to start a business, and don’t expect to start making money right off the bat cause it won’t happen unless you have the IQ level of Einstein and can just look at stuff and say hey this works like this and this is why this guy is doing this. You will be able to predict things like that and watch other peoples cycles work and figure out what there doing, but that will take some time you need to understand the fundamentals of what there doing and why there doing it, then you will realize what there doing if you get my drift.

So my suggestions is any one learning SEO, just keep practicing and before you know it you will learn stuff that no one else knows or you will find out that the stuff you learned a lot of it is underground and you will start to see a lot of people are doing the same thing your doing, but not discussing it and its very well keept with then certain communities. At this point things really start to get big, you start meeting some of the larger markers and drawing larger people attention and your value goes up :).
