Sales People and Control
You know its funny someone just came over to my house trying to sell glade bottles, and I’m thinking in my head why would you want to hit door, to door when you have the power of the internet such as online marketing. I don’t think they realize how many glade bottles they could sell well actually it was through Kirby or someone like that. Anyways I turned it around on them I handed my business card and told them if you want some business contact me I’m the guy to talk to when it comes to internet marketing.
That right there is what makes a good marketer someone thats always on the flip side staying in control and moving forward with things. Its always about staying on top of things and generating more sales for your clients. I’d have to admit I love marketing, and why its because I find it so simple, but profitable. It can be stressful at times, but it just takes effort thats all. I think if more business people had this approach about the flip side and staying on top of everything they would succeed a lot faster, but I think what happens is that it takes some people a certain amount of time until they hit this aggression and then they start to realize I need to take control and handle things better.
The thing is with business if you always let people control you, your business will go very fast and you will end up in debt. You have to remember what ever you do you know what your doing, and the client needs to understand that. If the client knew as much as you did then why aren’t they doing it there self? Ask your self that, and remember you need to let them know that you are the one and the only one that can do it right because 93 percent of the time this is true.
I mean think about it you go to a doctor, well do you tell the doctor how to do the surgery and how hes going to do it? Nope, not at all and the doctor would not tolerate it one bit because in his mind he was train to handle situations like this through out college and etc. The doctor knows whats best for you because he is experienced, and educated and you as a business owner or online marketer with your business you need to make sure you stay in control because the client might think they know, but they don’t. Its your field, so lay it out!
