Title Tag Optimization
Title optimization can be a great task to deal with to. Which granted your ability to rank in the search engines is your inbound links and the anchor text that is in that inbound link and page rank juice of course (sounds good), but with title tags they can be very helpful choosing a great title specially on blogs because if your blog is submitted to social media sites a big majority of the people look at titles. If its eye catching then they click, and boom you got them in the game now make sure you produce great content at this point and get them to link to you. Take a look below at some of the tips I offer on title optimization.
- Keywords, Use keywords in your title tags, preferably long tails if its a blog post. Generally long tail titles will show up better in the search engine cause typically you won’t show up for something like Google. You would have to have credible link power I mean very powerful link juice to that page and good anchor text with the keyword Google in it. So try to use something a little bit longer, or if the keyword is not so competitive you can make it shorter.
- The Bait Title, generally when Gogglers (searchers), social media communities, and etc are browsing through results they are looking at the titles. Use something that will catch your searchers attention. For example I made 500k in my first month on the internet, now every one would click on that which granted I’m just trying to get the point out there, so try to use something that will hook people.
- Too Long, preferably don’t use a title tag that has 32 words in it, thats just way to long. I mean granted a long title might be ok on certain occasions, but don’t use a 32 word title search engines because it won’t even pick it all up.
These our just a few examples of title optimization tips. Generally when you have more page rank to your website your meta tags come more into effect like your title tag, description, and on site density of keywords. Hence “page rank”, thats why they call it what they call it for, but after awhile of making so many post through out your blog or so many well written articles with 100’s of nicely optimized titles and eye catching titles sooner or later the blog or articles will get unpleased and start getting linked to supposing you have viral content.
Keep in mind that when your are making blog post with word press, which I don’t know if your using wordpress for you that aren’t using word and wondering what it is, it is blog software. Ok, but anyways keep in mind to always use your keywords in your urls and generally match them with your title tags cause the higher your page rank becomes on your website the more value this type of stuff will have.
